DEPOSIT
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm a booking
 
CANCELLATIONS
An administration fee of $25 applies to all cancellations

A full refund will be given if cancellation is made 30 days prior, however if less than 30 days notice is received the deposit will be forfeited unless a replacement booking is obtained.

 

CONDITIONS
Not suitable for children under 10 years.
No smoking in the cottage.
No Pets.

Matilda's of Leura is an independent entity on its own land
ensuring guests have total privacy and exclusive use of the cottage.
